Dancing Derek does not offer trial classes so if cancellation occurs and your child decides not to return after their first lesson your are entitled to a full refund. After this however no refund will be given and a 100% cancellation fee applies. Fees can be carried forward to the next term if you wish. Fees are non transferrable.

In the event of class cancellation, due to illness, unavailability of room, etc. these classes will be added to the end of the course, although we would endeavor to hold them in the same venue, dependent on availability.

When booking online Dancing Derek provides confirmation by way of to the email address supplied. Evidence of e-mail dispatch will be accepted as evidence of receipt.
